I have grown up around fitness and lead a very active lifestyle. Starting at a young age I took to kickboxing which lead to my title of Undefeated British Lightweight Kickboxing Champion at just 18.
I enjoy sharing that fitness knowledge with others. I also have a passion for outdoor and bodyweight fitness leading bootcamps/group sessions is always a firm fave!

I have been a personal trainer for well over a decade, but since moving to my new role four years ago, I now sit behind a desk for 10 hours a day.
I’m looking forward to getting back to some face to face training with people ready to take their health & fitness to the next level.
