I have a huge passion for Rugby & Netball creating quite an active lifestyle.

Pilates & Class Instructor

I’ve been teaching Pilates & classes for over 20 years; there isn’t much in the industry I haven’t seen.

I like to tailor my classes to everyone’s abilities, making sure beginners feel comfortable & worked but the experienced feel tested and leave sweaty!

Personal Trainer, Class Instructor & Thai Boxing Specialist

I have grown up around fitness and lead a very active lifestyle.  Starting at a young age I took to kickboxing which lead to my title of Undefeated British Lightweight Kickboxing Champion at just 18.

I enjoy sharing that fitness knowledge with others. I also have a passion for outdoor and bodyweight fitness leading bootcamps/group sessions is always a firm fave!

Personal Trainer &Human Performance Coach

I work online as a Human Performance Coach. I analyse blood, stool, urine and saliva to create nutrition and
supplementation protocols for those looking to optimise their health.

I have been a personal trainer for well over a decade, but since moving to my new role four years ago, I now sit behind a desk for 10 hours a day. 

I’m looking forward to getting back to some face to face training with people ready to take their health & fitness to the next level.

Yoga Instructor

Taryn currently runs a Vinyasa-style yoga class, focusing on building strength, challenging the core, and playing with fun transitions suitable for all levels.
